Please see the following information from Royal Mail regarding international shipments to Canada:

"Canada Post has been on strike since the morning of Friday, 15th November. The duration of the industrial action is unknown at this stage. Items already in the network will experience significant delays.   

All services to Canada are suspended from 19.00 Wednesday, 27th November until further notice.  

Canada Post has informed us items sent prior to the service suspension will be held by them until the end of strike action and will be delivered (first in, first out approach) once operations resume.   

We are in regular communication with Canada Post and will share updates as we receive them. "

All UK orders received before 1pm are packaged and shipped the same day where possible by Royal Mail.

• Orders placed on a Friday after 1 pm GMT will not be processed until Monday.

All orders OUTSIDE of the UK received before 1pm are packaged and shipped the same day where possible by Royal Mail, this can generally take between 5-14 working days from the date you place your order depending on your country.

Goods and prices are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and offer alternatives which we think may be suitable. We will not send replacements or you something you didn’t order without your prior consent.

International orders will be charged shipping which will be added to the total cost of their order before payment is made.

Pre Orders/Awaiting Stock- Please be sure to check the product page of your item as we sometimes have pre-ordered products with a specific dispatch date. Please be advised if your order contains one of these items or an item that is out of stock your whole order will not be sent until this date. Your order will then be dispatched on the service you have paid for. 

IMPORTANT: Since leaving the EU in January 2021 all goods that are shipped outside of the UK may be subject to duty and import taxes. The buyer is liable for these charges. Please check your local Government agency for these costs. If the buyer decides not to pay these charges resulting in the order being returned to us the cost of this return will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Delivery will be made via a suitable international courier, and a signature will be required upon delivery. These orders can take between 7-14 working days depending on country. Once your package leaves the UK we cannot control how your country handles the package in relation to customs or otherwise.

Prices are displayed in British Pounds (Sterling), US Dollars and Euros, (prices shown in Euros and Dollars may differ slightly than the actual transaction charge due to daily currency exchange rate fluctuations).

If for any reason your order has a missing or damaged item. You will need to notify us within 5 days of receipt of goods.
